Two months ago, I was eating at a nice hotel that has a great Brunch. I really overdid it. Had the guy carve me about 1/2 pound of roast beef, then turkey with stuffing, Mashed potatoes. Then I come back up to the buffet table and eat 2 giant bowls of rigatoni with meat sauce. Then I had a couple of waffles with maple syrup and 2 large sausages. Then I went to the desert table and ate 3 huge pieces of Key Lime Pie. A couple of hours later, my stomach looked incredibly bloated, kind of like certain IFBB pros. Now I had been dieting pretty strictly, doing cycles of 14 days of 100 grms of Carbs followed by one carb up day on day 15. But this was just nuts. Did get a good pump the next day training chest and bi's.
