ben white won the usa's as a super-heavyweight, which means that he was at least 230 and he probably put on at leat 10 to 20 pounds of muscle

yeah his legs were pretty weak. if he didn't bring them up he'll have a hard time getting second behind Kai Gay Greene.

Well, if my memory serves correctly, he basically declared he'll be the best bodybuilder ever. So, let's see how the contest goes. Then he bragged about being the strongest too. Johnnie Jackson challenged him and Ben chickened out...
