So what does this dream mean?
We need Deedee in here but for some reason it makes me think that maybe it could mean something like you have some weaknesses w/porn but you don't like it.....of course I have no idea if that is anywhere near correct so please don't be angry w/me if it's totally off.  I have the weirdest dreams too!

VERY INTERESTING TOPIC.

For Stella:

you have 2 choices : I can point you towards a book which will help you decode your dreams

or I can recommend a dream analisys with the author. He is someone I know.

The dreams are basically our trips in the astral , and are accessed through the pineal gland ( our natural stargate)

also during dreams a lot of programmming issues surface that we do not know or wouln't be able to deal with if we were to be awake.

Dreams are important and I would recommend to keep a dream journal every morning first thing .

The analysis has to be done by somebody that understands the human mind, programming and mind control.

The "classic" dream analysis is wrong. Sorry.

Dreams need to be interpreted using hyperspace language.

Hyperspace is what holds realities toghether. Hyperspace language emanates directly from godmind and is the base for everything including US.

It comunicates through tone, color and archetype.

Ask more and I'll be happy to answer if anyone is interested.

Dreams are basically toools we can use to decode our life.
sevestase, very interesting I hadn't heard a lot of this!

Maybe I will try to keep a dream journal.

No Stella I did not get angry with your observation of my dream. Who knows there may be some truth to some of what you said, I don't know! But I do know that it was a very wierd dream especially since my wife and kids would behave the exact opposite of how they were portrayed in the dream. Does that make sense?

Interesting observation!

These points stuck out for me:

The porn stars
The two older kids standing there happily watching whatever was taking place
How accepting the younger kids were with strangers
How my wife was oblivious to the obvious
How she tuned me out in my time of distress
How I was restrained from being able to do anything.

Maybe my life is too hectic and out of control as far as time goes.

Oy vey!

Dreams....oh we love to have em explained. Explanations are typically freudian inferences with no science backing it up.

I adhere to the restoration theory.
Our memory functions by having the neural networks associated with a memory an object/situation regularly activated.
This is the 'use it or lose it' principle and is scientifically sound. If certain neural networks aren't activated the connections get weaker, less likely to be activated both directly or by association. When we sleep our brain's activity level is still around 90%, the restoration hypothesis argues that the brain randomly fires neurons to keep them intact and preserve the associated memories. Recently activated networks have an increased chance of getting 'sparked' in this proces because thye have strong and many links to other networks. You end up with recent issues that have bothered you or are important, mixed with random elements coming up during our dreams. Nightmares are a good example of the 'use it or lose it' principle:
a bad dream can scare you, you think about it, strenghtening the network and it's connections increasing the chance it will pop up in the next dream. This is a vicious cycle and very hard to escape.

This is a very parsimonious and elegant theory, based on proven neural principals. I'll take this over new-age or freudian inferences which are always biased by zeitgeist, culture and personality.

apparantly godmind and hyperspace have taken responsibility in your mind.

I am responsible for my own thoughts but not always when and in what order and context they're (re)constructed.

Instead of yappin about what you've dreamt why not actually consciously do something for the better of our 'reality'?

My dear Sev, I think that generally my (sparse) replies on this board are valued. Want to put it to a vote?

I don't think dreams mean anything.

Just whatever is on your mind lately can come up (processing it during sleep), then your mind fabricates some sort of story around it.

Whenever it's really hot i have weird dreams.

Anybody is able to have lucid dreams? Sounds pretty cool to me.

I read something about it, might give it a try if i can find the time.

I actually had a dream come true once.

One night, I dreamt that I was eating a Twix bar.  And the very next day...I ate one.
