Juiced was lame (but had dome interesting parts - but they were few & far between) so I can only imagine the same from Vindicated.

It's just a pathetic attempt to make money off others. Basically he's doing this because he won't get in the Hall of Fame & he wasted/lost all the money he made from baseball.

Almost finished with it,  a lot and I mean a lot of repeated things from Juiced and even previous chapters in vindicated in later chapters.  Still interesting, basically gives a rundown of shit that happened up through late march 2008 and since juice was released.... 5/10

Canseco is an idiot! I have absolutely no respect for that huge moron. He was just recently on O&A and Howard Stern. What a tool, his steroid info was off, and he just tried to justify being a rat.

I've never read either one of his books. What kind of things does he say that are way off base? I'm not doubting you, but someone like him is in a position to where they could actually shed some truth on the subject...I'd just like to know how bad he's fucking it up.

Canseco Refers to using Deca alone and that 6 weeks should be the least amount of time for a cycle otherwise results wouldn't be noted.

Deca only cycles are not all too uncommon.

I haven't read the books either! I'm going off of what he said on the O&A interview. He talked about know way around testicular atrophy and how there was no way around it. Just some of the answers to general steroid questions were off and left me thinking hmmmm. He gives this sob story about his reasoning for using steroids "I just wanted to be the best baseball player in the world for my mother". This selfish guy wanted nothing more than the hall of fame and he didn't get it. He also justified slapping around his 1st wife, and he just came off as the tool that he is!
