April 17, 2008. It's official! Kai Greene inked a new multi-year contract with Team MD for an undisclosed amount of money. According to Greene, he was courted by several other magazines before finally deciding that his true home was with Muscular Development-- the magazine and website that first believed in him and gave him the financial means to continue competing and pursuing his dreams in the IFBB.



After tasting his first victory at last year's IFBB Colorado Pro Show, Greene gained an unprecedented 30lbs of muscle en route to his 3rd place finish at 2008 Arnold Classic this past March. In less than 4 weeks from today, Kai will attempt to snag another victory at the prestigious IFBB New York Pro Show in his hometown of New York City on May 10th at the Tribeca Performing Arts Center.

Why is it that you have a hard time believing that people can do things you obviously can't?!  Eight pounds of Tilapia per day isn't impossible to do.  16 oz. of fish 8 times per day w/green beans or asparagus was his diet for the last six weeks before the Arnold.  A friend of mine who is an IFBB pro works with same trainer as Kai, and his diet is very similar.  This friend will be a surprise at the NY Pro...  Stop being a doubting ass with everything just because you can't or won't try to do it.
