He should be 3-4 weeks out from his next contest at this point. He hasn't taken his shirt off in months. People are gonna be shocked.

he'll be in shape just like he was for the Excaliber show, he'll be around 255-260 onstage and look phenomenal, just because i don't believe his food intake or lifting claims doesn't mean i don't think he's a great bodybuilder.

We should see if he has managed to bring his upper body (BACK mainly) To match his outrageous wheels.
The only downside i see with his physique is that his arms are not the greatest shape

the legs are fuccking INSANE, he's one of the very few men who you can honestly say could lay off legs for awhile and concentrate on his upper body.

he'll never have top pro arms - he's just built bottom heavy and his arm/delt tie ins are pretty flat compared to most guys.

He can certainly take 1 to 3 at USAs though, on pure mass alone, with some good conditioning. he'll just never have Ronnie arms.

Nothing would make me happier than seeing him look horribly out of shape. I despise him so much for gaining more fat than I think bodybuilders should gain. I hate him even more for weighing a lot.
Much like the rest of this board, nothing gets me more worked up than seeing someone gaining weight quickly.

He's not doing the Jr USA he is competing in the Jr. Nationals which is in June.

I've talked to him on the phone a lot of times - seriously the nicest and most polite guy I've ever spoken to. On the videos he looks a tad more aggressive. What's he like in the gym with the boar hunting hat on?

lol! He is a true gentleman and a god fearing one at that. He gets that hat on and starts yelling and slapping people on the back and stuff. It's great.He knows his shit when it comes to bodybuilding, I don't think the majority of people know that. Hot damn I miss metroflex!
