LOL classic quote that should be atop the board.....in the end..we are all here to "get-big" lol. I dont think you are fat. Fat is reserved for out of shape people. You are very stocky and thick people can be mistaken for overweight very often. Id just call you pretty damn big and thick haha

Some people are fat because they're lazy, some are fat because they don't really care about dieting. I'm pretty sure some of the "fat" guys on this board have plenty of dedication and could drop the weight if they wanted to, but would rather eat like a man and lift weights than measure oatmeal and count chicken breasts.

Sorry it took me a whole two days to get back to this thread.

I'm 5'10"

I like squadfather...so I won't post a picture or a video clip so he won't have any need of deleting his account.

Sqaud Father can do all the denying he wants to...I don't care. I get asked all the time what my max bench is & because it's something I never do...I really have no clue. If I can not do more than 6 reps with any given weight...I take weight off the bar.
