Does anyone actually give a shit about either of these two clowns? Chuck's most likely an 8-ball away from an overdose and Kimbo is the most overrated fighter of the last 5+ years.

kimbo's a circus act and chuck seems to be on the way out (which sucks because i was a big fan of the guy). the thing is, chuck has almost nothing to gain from it. if he wins, hooray. he beat a guy that got knocked out by a scrub in a basement and hasn't fought anyone really remarkable. if he loses, his career is doneski.

kimbo exists for one simple reason: he's a big scary black dude. if those videos were the exact same, with every fight ending exactly as it did, but kimbo was a dumpy looking white guy named brandon, he would still be fighting for rent money in miami.

i think this is a smart way of kimbo for approach it- call out possibly one of the best ufc fighters in that class, promote yourself. if liddell takes the challenge, kimbo fast tracks to the ufc and becomes a big card with a big payday, and doesn't have to serve an apprenticeship with elite to get to where he wants to be.

if liddell brushes the fight off, nothing ventured, nothing gained.
