It was never broken, he's just been having a lot of therapy to get rid of tendonitis.

This year is still Jay's. Jay got the shit scared KICKED out of him last year by Victor and Wolf. Jay knows what he has to do now. He has to convince the world that he is not a fluke winner. Dennis will be Mr O but not until Jay retires. I really like Dennis. He has some room for major improvement though. He isn't thick enough from the back. His calves need some size. He has zero lower back detail. Jay has a great back (never as good as Ronnies or Dorian's) but still better than anyone else around. Any whoever said "Jay is great but

No doubt he was not the winner last year. I'm not a Jay fan by any stretch but if he comes in great condition the rest haven't a hope. Dennis Wolf has a long way to go yet. Calves and back are only the starting point. Jay, although a fridge, has a complete package - at times!
