I asked Lee yesterday if he was having the tattoo removed from his face. He said yes. I wondered about the ones on his forearms and he said they are fading naturally probably because they are in the sun a lot. He said most of his fans like his tattoos or tell him they suit him. I recommended he didn't have so many because then the judges will have no excuse to put him down at contests. He didn't think the judges took that into consideration. I am not so sure about that.

He's finished as a serious 'contestant'. It's irrelevant what judges think now. However, I applaud his removal of that dreadful monstrosity on his visage, but his days of donning the thong are well over. If he does make a comeback it will rival Nasser's 15th place finishes in the 'Night of the also-rans'

He didn't listen and eventually got as many tattoos as Lee has. I don't know why some guys do this but then I would never have ink put under my skin. The only tattoo I saw that I liked was a tattoo of a woman in a bikini that a navy guy had on his inside forearm that he could make wiggle and dance when he flexed his muscle. I can't remember the movie but it was about the second world war in the Pacific, I think.

 if your goal is to place well in shows, it certainly does not help to have tatts that blur or completely obscure ones lines.. the back one of lee and the shoulder ones do just that.. obscure the lines and definition.. i would think lee would know that and wait until the competitive career was over to do that..
