Hand BF calipers VS Tanita digital BF scale?

anyone tried these, and which's more accurate? i would think tanita digital scale but good ol' hand calipers never failed us either...

both have serious chance of error, the scale has more error.

Stand on the scale, drink a glass of water and watch the % change drastically.

With calipers, people tend to pull too much/too little skin

The scale is so way off the mark when calculating BF.
