Do you use Bengay?

I've been using it after back day and it seems to really help my lower back. Also works great for sore knees.

Don't know where I'd be without it.

I wouldn't use it. Pain gives you important input from your body. It's like taking an appetite suppressant. Isn't it better to learn how to do it right and let your brain read and learn your body better and better as you go?

I use Icy Hot on tennis elbows and sometimes shoulders, it doesnt cover up injuries-it warms up joints and muscles.  I dont use it unless something is bothering me.
