APT stuff is on it's way out for everyone so far... for those entering into the competition that are not a US resident..allow for a little longer to get things going. Because i'm the one organizing the prizes for the atlarge and apt gear...you'll be hearing from me specifically. Ron will be handling ron's prizes. I'm still getting all things squared away and organized to make sure everyone gets what they have coming and get it RIGHT so people aren't disappointed with anything. TO ALL THE COMPETITORS OUT THERE! READ THE PRIZE LISTINGS! I WILL JUMP ALL OVER YOUR ASS IF YOU PURSUE SOMETHING YOU DID NOT WIN! THE PRIZES ARE LISTED AT THE BEGINNINGS OF COMPETITIONS! i dont think anybodys gonna get 24+...lol this was a lot harder than i thought it would be, after about 15 or so my chest and tris were burning something pretty fierce like i said props to magoo on 23.
oh and i forgot about the weight im 205 give or take 2lbs
Next contest I plan to get between 20-25! |

It was 180 when I started using M3. 179 by the end of the cycle.  Right now I am on Cell-Tech hardcore and I should be up to 181. When I'm taking things seriously diet wise I am usually between 185-200 and my strength is up too so I will hopefully be 195 by the time of the next contest. |
