Okay...I  can have you guess the weights here...but some seem to have a problem doing this...so:

#1=186lbs
#2=me at 172
#3=172, again
#4=186  pounds

1st pic is me at 40 yrs old...NBI Nat USA...I came if forurth and was shocked at how good guys looked over40!; 4th place 1986  NPC No States, 22 yrs old; 1981 Teen Nat America...I am in front...this is the show I placed 10th to Bob Chick's 4th; side tri,  21 yrs old 172 lbs

oh shit you just fuccked up BIG TIME now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! here's where all the negative 64 percent bodyfat at 94 pound titans come out to tell you that you may be big and strong but if you came down from 79 percent bf to where they are you'd weigh 56 pounds with 2 inch arms and you'd be benching a cut in half broomstick for 3 reps, arent you terrified, MOS?

I'd delete my post, but my hands are shaking too much.   Perhaps I'll be shown mercy and then given proper instruction on how to build 11" ripped steel arms.
