Keep it going, you are an amazing resource, with fascinating stories. You come across as a really honest and 'down to earth' person. I would like to see photos of Frank and his family/house/gyms if possible.

I routinely went into Natural shows, as well as regular NPC competitions.....the only "juice" I had working, was orange at school.

Thanks Hank. Yes, I have got some really good ones of Frank, his house, his home gym, his work shop where he makes his musical instruments, and much other stuff of other luminaries from nearly a 30 year span since I was 14.

Will keep posting, a little each day,

Genetics were excellent when it came to response to weights....and I was consistant as possible..never missed a workout

chick do you still maintain that same consistancy in the gym today with all the traveling you do? the pic of you by you new escalade would tell me yes, but with your genetics i imagine you will hold alot of size if you weren't training as consistant as if you were still competing

I never believed genetic freaks existed, now i do. Chick you have the most incredible stucture.
