Believe me, I remember himn vividly then ...he was only 15, me 17...and he looked like the physique of a 19 year old.....and the 1-3 placers looked equally impressive

What was your training regime like back then? Your diet, protein intake etc?

I still cant believe how massive and ripped you were at that very young age!

I couldn't believe it either, Hank, and I stood right next to him in the lineup at 17 and he smoked me and most others older than him.

I trained 6 days a week, bodyparts 2X a week, 20-24 sets per bodypart, reps at 8-10

No dieting, no cardio, no supplements....school lunches and whatever mom was making for dinner.

Very unlikely Chick was juicing there....stringent drug test...and I estimate out of 100+ entrants at that show, maybe 10% were sauced.
