IMO, it's wholly irresponsible to tell the general public to hoard food. Because the idiot media is just dying to report some empty shelf somewhere, which will throw the public into a panic.
maybe it's good for ratings, but disrupting our system during tight economic times is irresponsible.
Of course, the writer who wrote that in the WSJ (that people should stock up on cereal, rice, etc) happened to own stock in Quaker....
