I knew Zak Nathan also,before he opened his gym in Ct. he trained at Central City which was owned by Roger Aiudi also originally from Ct.

Ray Wilson moved out to the midwest somewhere..........Natur al O could tell you.

I think he was in Indiana Tim. I remember seeing pictures of him but I never saw him compete unfortunately. He had an incredible V-shape.

Yeah Tim...Hayes was known for heavy juice...Zak was an absolute giant when he competed. I will never forget when we were competing in the teenaged division of the Mr. CT at Oakdale theater and Zak was conducting the weigh-in for my Tall class teen...Rob Colacino (Before he got into great shape) was next to be weighed, and Zak said to him, "Get on the scale, Fatso..."

10 Me and Aaron Baker...Gold's Venice, 1998...did one of the fastest workouts ever with him and Robby...they didn't tarin that heavy that day...I could ALMOST keep up!
