Diuretics other than Lasix?

      Pre-Contest day I plan on taking MHP Expel, cutting all sodium starting Thursday morning and adding Dandelion Root Tea to my last gallon of water. Any other diuretics to take that are not as potent/lethal as Lasix?

I prefer hydrathiazide over lasix..  for some reason lasix doesn't really comply with my system...

for guys with experience using diuretics...you ever fool around with them when your at higher bf% ?   do youu think it would make a noticeable change in appearnce for somebody at 15%.....

Yes you would notice it but it's not worth it IMO. You have to take a large amount to notice anything when you're at a higher BF% and in doing so you're going to feel not so great. But it can create a dramatic appearance in a short time but only for a short time...the bad feeling lingers though.
