LOL yes everyone play nice...Pan go to www.musculardevelopmento nline.com - go to contests - go to easterns - go to overall winner and click. You will see that I need work on my back side (glutes/hams)...

Hope I measure up to your standards...

I'm all over the place!

Going out of town Monday-Thurdsay for work, and packing the cooler sucks.
It's going ok though...contest prep thread will start soon.
