I, personally, prefer to sport minimal bodyfat with maximum muscle....if that leaves me looking 'skinny' to YOU, so be it.

No need to disparage.

If YOUR goal is to train for ultimate power, then you'd have to carry extra bulk....mix of fat and muscle.

Why would I make fun of you for reaching you goal?

We are two different entities...we have both reached our goals, so we are both successful.

Just like a person who does all of their exercises wrong in the gym...well, if their goal is to get NO RESULTS, then they are successful!

i just find it funny how a guy who's never seen north of 200 pounds in his life comes off like an expert and also disparriages the current bodybuilders for being "too big".

I AM an expert.

Anybody can be an expert in anything.

I know more than many.

Many know more than me.

Zane was never north of 200 pounds.

And, in my opinion, just like you do not my look, I don't like the looks of Sonbaty and all the others who appear as though they cannot breath.

Its natural for people to gravitate to and prefer those whom they resemble, or would like to.

I feel that you can see that there are two sides here...but you may just enjoy the conflict?

No, no...not at all.

For what he represents, he is top of the heap.

I just would never want to (nor could I) look like that.

I did try to get as big as possible when I was younger...always ended up in 190's cut

Honestly MooseJay, I respect you for being so passionate about bodybuilding, but from your pics you look like a guy who lifts a few times a week and does alot of cardio (nothing wrong with that), you don't have a competition body..not flaming just my opinion.

True, he may not want to burn as many calories, stimulate more red fibers rather than white to concentrate on short bursts of power..
