My height is 5'7". Anyway, you're right about my quads but to tell the truth I'm really undertraining my legs for about 2 years now. But my proportions are getting better and better. So don't worry!

Steve has a great physique but the face of a 35 year old (sorry Steve) I don't believe anyone would think this is a 23 year old.

every white bodybuilder looks 5-15 years older than their true age when using hormones consistantly for over 2-3 years,,and most bodybuilders at this level use it consistently and practically addicted to hormones like you adicted to the cup of coffee  you drink upon waking up

you will never find a white bodybuilder on hormones that look his age,,thats another reason why i always say that skip lacour is one of the worst liars in history of bodybuilding,,guy look 50-55 and he is barly 45
