Casey Viator as a teen

Moosejay is bringing up a lot of memories of 70's and 80's bodybuilding . i have a lot of mags from that era and may post some old pics as well. i wasn't there with the pros like Moose (i envy him for that, lucky bugger!!) but the pics are still cool and there are surely a few guys on here that want to see them.

Casey  is the only teen ever to win the overall Mr. America.  but i'm sure it will be pointed out by the most astute getbiggers that all the drugs he must have done 40 years ago are going to kill him right away!!!

He's on my 3 list of guys that were very successful as teenagers....dubbed the next Arnold....did ok but never lived to Arnold's standards

Wasn't he part of the Colorado experiment, where he gained like a hundred pounds of muscle in a month or something crazy like that???

Yeah more like 40 lbs of previously lost muscle from injury. Comes back crazy fast compared to new muscle plus I understand that Arthur Jones' workouts were very brutal.

Casey gained 48 lbs. in 28 days. they said he also lost 17 lbs. of fat for a net muscle gain of 63+ lbs. lean mass gain. although looking at the before and afters, his bf% appears the same, which means he probably gained a couple pounds of fat.

nonetheless, an amazing re-growth of lost muscle!!

vaginitis, the burning itching kind. (sorry, damn morphine is phukking with me again).  chopped a finger off working oilrigs. got infected really bad, and took a while to recover.

Casey winning the 71 America.

Shane Dimora won the Nationals at a young age as well,but not the overall in 1986.

Not many were as good as Arnold was anyway.

Casey was out of the sport for a while and lost some time,but I do see your point,although he got robbed a few times on stage.
