You can't flex fat (top pic). The flexed arm looks the same as the other, and neither has much muscle. Compare with the tiny forearm, wrist, and very narrow shoulders.
Push arms against side of chest to make arms look a few inches bigger and chest look much bigger (bottom picture). Hide sagging breasts, and a gut spilling over to tiny legs and calves that look like sticks. Weight 300?
Looks like an egg.
