Same at my gym.   It doesn't matter when I go these guys are always either benching or curling.  Cool for me since I like to work legs but yes it is rather odd.

Funny, two fat fuckers in there again today.....hmm.....shall we do arms and chest or change it up and do arms and chest?

One of them was wearing one of those shirts, which has the open sides.  :-\
