I don't know about you guys but the back is the one body part that is the hardest to train for me, not the hardest
because of the exercise and all but the hardest to train right.
Since I'm defiantly not blessed with amazing genes I need to train just right, not to heavy not to light and very strict form.
Getting the back exercisers just right is very very hard in my opinion, however when you get it right and you have that lovely
feeling in the morning... that's just awesome.
