Didn't compete after 86 for several years. Then in 1992, decided to tray a few shows all natural. Here's a pic, not great quality, of me at about 173 in 92.

The next year I didn't compete, but I was asked by the promoter of the West Palm Show to guest pose with my dad, who was 75 at the time. I dieted for about 6 weeks and came in pretty decent at a natural 184 pounds.

Another shot taken a couple of days after the show. I have not competed since then, but have been training pretty hard all along. I've posted these because I am giving myself 3 months to get back into top shape at age 45. I will be using no steroids or HRT, just supplements like 6-Oxo and a few test boosters that I have found to work pretty good. Also I like Hemogex by VPX and will using that as well. May try Kre-Alkalyn brand creatine to see if it really doesn't bloat you like they claim. Creatine usually smooths me out pretty fast. I guess we'll see what I look like in 3 months. Adios.

Thank you. Yes, I've been natural since 1986. I don't have any recent posing pics of me, cause I keep waiting to lose a little weight. I'm about 197 now, but a little smooth. I've committed to getting in top shape in the next 3 months. Then I'll post a new pic.

Thanks. Yeah, had some good times back then at the beach. Also, I lived at an apartment complex years ago that had some awesome chicks out at the pool all the time. I was like the only guy there that had a decent physique..so it was a Real good time!

You look great here.  I do not normally come to the members picture section but I though I needed a little inspiration and I certainly found it.  I am about to embark on a intense cutting session with the idea of "possibly" doing a show in the future or at the very least achieving the best condition of my life.  Again, thanks for the inspiration.

Thanks so much. That's one of the nicest things anyone's ever said. I'm trying to get lean again myself, so all the best to you in achieving your goals.

Hey Moose! Hope your surgery went well. When you heal up and get training again, you and I can have a posedown.

Yes...that sounds like great motivation.

Gotta get my bowels working again first. They shut 'em down with the lumbar sympathectomy.

Good thing  is that I will be fed intravenously for up to 3 weeks...so I can lose some of this 'skinny fatness'.... ;D

That's a big compliment, especially coming from someone of your caliber. Thank you. I always liked DeMey and Callard.
