just checked out the new MD and here's a couple of beauties...........Ben Pakulski's 50 year old father having "ripped 23 inch calves" and 29 1/2 inch thighs and Ben White planning on benching 1,000 pounds with the help of Aplodan, discuss these lies. ;D

ben out-bench johnny without flinching. hell he could out-bench ronnie, in cost of redemption ronnie got a shaky 495x5 if memory serves, ben has done 500x9 incredibly clean. 1000 pounds no way, but 500x9 is nothing to sneeze at.

This is why MD, the supplement industry and certain pro's are disgusting to me.  Their claims about weights and physiques are nothing short of a fraud on the public.  But no one is ever held accountable.
