Yeh. I did the typical in the gym about twice a week doin bicep curls and stuff when I was 18 for about a month and a half, but besides that, just a year of good weight training in me.
Also, my best chin is 60kg at 101kg bw. When I started I managed 2 bw chins and pretty much fell off the bar on the 3rd! lol
damn dude if that's true you have some of the best genetics i've ever seen, a 475 squat and 600 deadlift after A MERE YEAR of training is insane, yu should give powerlifting a very serious try you're going to be unbelievably strong, props.
