you know - shredded abs, buns of steel, chiseled chest, diamond shaped calves etc

those hot summer days that you spend with the girls all day at the beach and then all night at the clubs, they're coming!

yes quads are important but i feel hamstrings are even more important, especially from the side.

both need to be trained for total leg development and then displayed with the right fitting shorts.
