Not a douche at all. 100% I did. I gained a lot of weight on test and winny. I looked like a bloated idiot though. I probably had no clue what I was doing though.
My traps are awful. Non existant. I train them once a week front and back shrugs three sets of each. Any other suggestions?

Well I might not be the best guy to give advice on that because my traps are probably the thing that grow the easiest for me. I do five sets a week at the end of my shoulder day. I usually switch between front shrugs and db shrugs. Just go as heavy as you possibly can for 4 - 5 work sets. 12, 10, 10, 8, 6. Throw a double drop in on that last set to make it 6, 10, 15 and pump em full of blood. Don't underestimate the work capacity of the traps and really make it feel like those fuckers are gonna tear off. Other than that maybe try some deads if you're not already doing them.
