Drugs are a VERY small part of what builds muscle or makes males into bodybuilders.  It is mostly chicken breast and knowledge accumulated over time.  Oh, and hard work in the gym and making sure you get enough rest.  Taking illegal hormones in ungodly amounts has little effect on the amount of muscle or type of physique one develops.
