Granted and with everything there are gray areas, however I refuse to believe that anybody should be pressured to take

And again, I don't think that an alcoholic is any better than a junky but at this time it's mostly not an alcoholic who robs people (just a small example) to get his money, it's also not an alcoholic who's money he spends on his drugs funds brutal and menacing Drugcartells.

i never waste my oxy on stupid pain anymore. now i just use it for the euphoria.

The drug cartels and the violence wouldn't exist if drugs weren't illegal. The need to rob people to afford drugs wouldn't exist either. Most of the negative societal aspects associated with drugs are the result of prohibition, not of the drugs themselves.

In the case of the war on drugs, the cure really is worse than the disease.

and again we are in an agreement, I also believe since we have pretty much tried everything to win the war on drugs the only option left is to legalize them.
But until they have done so it is immoral in my eyes to willingly fund these criminals.

It's far more likely to happen (legalization) in Europe than in America, since too many people over here tend to view issues through a moral rather than a practical lens. That's too bad, since America would benefit from legalization much more than Europe, given that we are a more violent society to begin with, and we're spending an insane amount of money on this "drug war" compared to Europe.
