Ah...  the whole "gym camaraderie" thing.  That's a tough concept for me to understand...  when I'm lifting, I'm focused on the weights; other people are annoying distractions.

chick man the 14th is a monday i am pretty sure thats when i come. do you train body parts by the day of the week? do you know what that day will be? (try to get my schedule aligned with that ..have that muscle fresh)

Seriously...how focused do you have to be? Unless I've got a show in mind...I train pretty loose. I've always had the ability to focus when I'm doing the set...
