I think the theory behind that is (and no I'm not going to read their stupid articles) that by lifting heavy your body produces more
testosterone and more testosterone means baldness...
It's bollox of course, but so is MD ::)

Most guys who juice don't lose their hair...
No doubt about it...

No, juice is safe!!

I started juicing heavily a few years ago and still have all the hair. I love orange juice, grapefruit juice, pineapple juice, yuzu juice.

No problems yet.  ::) ::)

It is true to a point.

Bob and Coleman are good examples it's not the case across the board, but if you're destined (cursed) to go bald by your genes the extra testosterone produced in relation to training will speed up the process and you'll end up a slaphead before you would have if you'd been a non-trainer.

The real proof for me will be my brother who's 7 years my junior and doesn't lift. If he doesn't start going bald in a couple of years time then i'll definitely say training contributed to mine.

But heck i'd still rather be in better shape and bald than hirsute and fat or skin and bone.

No way, dude. The majority of the males on both sides of my family are bald and the thought of it bothers me massively.

I am OK so far, but I know its out there lurking...like a big scary lurking thing.

I'd say Arnold has had some 'work' done there...if you look at his hairline 10-20 years ago...it has 'improved' today... ;)

yeah, many actors and politicians have had their hairlines slowly improve over the decades.

Hell, I saw Pat Sajak (wheel of fortune) on a commercial yesterday... he is 62 and looks 35.
And check out his wife ;)
