Yeah you're right but thats relative, I spoke to this Layne guy like a year ago and in those pictures he said he was 195lb at about 5%.

the only time layne norton weighed close to 230 lbs is when he strapped a 45 lb plate on his back.... ;D
he's got the bone structure of a chicken.....have you seen SF's pics he's got a huge fram so it would n't be hard for anyone to doubt he is 240-250 clean and can lift some weight...he may carry some fat but not all of us want to look like nancy boy layne...

Yeah but I think your getting wrong idea, Squadfather isn't entering any bodybuilding contests. The Layne guy in pictures looked good above, but afterwards went dowhill, got smaller, too much tan. Squadfather a great guy he is a carbon copy of my father, he does a bit of ass kissing though,  some days he likes x and y then others he doesn't or just falls out with everyone soon after! Of course we're all a bit like this. Agree with it if it's something we want to hear  :P
