sounds good dk

thanks.

Before someone starts flaming why i didn't mention legs.

I love training legs, i had a knee injury some years ago so i can't squat too heavy anymore. I stay in the range of bodyweight + 10~20 kg with squats.
I have good legs, so they don't need to much heavy training. I also walk a lot. With legs, health is priority 1 for me.

yeah the change is fun. but your not growing in the long
run with that kind of training. your fooling yourself.

and notice chaos didnt pay attention to if he made progress or not. but hey it was fun.  :D  PUMP PUMP IT UP.

i disagree with you.

First, we need to define what you mean with "Progress".

If you mean hypertrophy of muscles, then i have to say that hypertrophy is about intensity of training, not weight or volume. Constant breaking your limits will lead to muscle growth.

If you mean strength, then i will say that maybe you will not build strength as fast as with other heavy training, but you will gradually improve ("progress") for sure. I noticed that same thing that was mentioned before, you get stronger with giant sets, but slower.

If you say conditioning ,i say that giant sets is the best training in that aspect i have experienced as well, because it seems that it burns a lot of calories WHILE training your muscles.

Kong,
I'm glad you're making good progress with less pain.
That is the goal.

I'd like to read up some more on this protocol myself.
Do you have a link to the original Milos discussion from several months back?

I used this and also read a bit on milos board about it.

do you sometimes when training close your eyes and visualise and imagine that youre in koloseum gym and you are dennis wolf preparing for a show and milos is standing behind you shouting "2 more"

How many sets are you going to muscle failure on?

For example, while training biceps do you go 5 excercises for 5 sets?

There are so many ways I've heard to do giant sets, I was just curious as to what is working for you DK

I wrote it above, i change everything around from time to time. sometimes, i don't go to muscle failure at all, sometimes, in every set, sometimes, in every exercise.
To me, change is what makes this program so interesting and promising.

lol

superb comment. care to elaborate?
