In the interview with palumbo, they went to buy groceries and got the checkout, the checkout kid dumped the grocies out of the basket instead of picking them out and placing them on counter nicely. Ben didn't like this lack of "respect" and flipped  out at the kid, and then got thrown outta the store ......without the groceries
