Nice try, Stu. That's Charles Laughton, a golden age competitor. Very underrated, in my opinion. Never dialed it in like Gary Cooper, or had the lines of William Powell, but always had the complete package and was a fan favourite. One of the Chickster's idols, if I'm not mistaken.
