We ran forward half way (100ft) then switched to pulling for the last 100ft.

It's true, he showed up later than agreed on, taffic in CA is great, but  he showed up and ran through a quick workout, including the sled.......which is the most brutal form of cardio I have experienced so far.

Today I was like, can't do legs, can't do arms, can't really do back or shoulders. I did forearms, wait even that hurt ;D

Worse part is; I was shopping for one on ebay earlier ;D

Nah, today was light day, 155lbs, 200feet, to the speed bump. Was warm today so the pavement was a bit sticky.

Tuesday, we'll go to 440lbs for 100ft. It's gonna suck. ;D
