You keep making the distinction between GUEST POSING and COMPETING. Ok, so here's a distinction Bob, why not allow Lee to GUEST POSE and maintain a living from guest posing at IFBB shows, even smaller ones, and then he can have enough cash to prep for a possible return to the IFBB instead of screwing him?

You've been helpful in attempting to get a dialog going between Lee and the federation, but others have supported Lee in trying to get him back, he's written the letters, stayed quiet for all of this time, why not give him a direct ANSWER and say YES, you will be allowed to compete after the 2008 OLYMPIA so that at least he can do the International shows and get ready for the Arnold 09? And in the meantime, get the guy back on the guest posing stages and stop preventing him from making a living doing the one thing he knows best how to do.

The guy served his time, and now this bullshit really needs to end and he at least deserves an answer and a definite time frame. Anything short of that is bullshit.

Lee did have a time frame.It was 12months from September 15th 2006 till September 15th 2007.Now why he is still not allowed in is anyones guess.Seems personal to me.

He was given a 12 month suspension

He refused a 9 month/guaranteed back in offer

His suspension went beyond his membership

The IFBB never guaranteed aything past the initial ofer which was refused

I did submit Lee's paperwork,that was one of the provisions I was asking for...My guess is that the IFBB feels that guestposing, etc are some of the perks of being an IFBB member

Obviously, they IFBB doesn't feel as though he's deserved anything, he did leave on his own account, against the advice of the IFBB.

So if Lee does anything now outside IFBB he gets banned for life? How so?
He isn't member of IFBB now so how can you say he can't do appearances or compete elsewhere while waiting? He has to make a living.The IFBB should reinstate him now and make him a memebr so he has to abide by the rules and just stipulate he cant compete to 09.But seeing as he isn't a member he can appear where he likes.You cannot ban someone when they don't belong to the IFBB.

They dont have to ban him, he's not in the club NOW...yes, technically, he could do anything he wants..and the IFBB doesn't have to let him back in either.

His tenure as Rep has been a monumental failure, we have seen murder, drug dealing and pornography hit the headlines, the Grand Prix tour dissapeared during his time and he has done absolutely nothing to try and stop the downhill slide. I'm sure if you look up the word "incompetent" in the dictionary you will probably see a picture of chick.

Yes, Victor did time for his crime...don't know what the conviction was, or the plea (if any).

My guess was he most likely was suspended at the time. He re-applied and was let back in. His crime(s) were against the law, and so he was held accountable. It would be quite difficult for the IFBB to open that can of worms of banning people for breaking the law...where would you draw the line? A guy gets a DWI...does he get suspended? Banned?

Lee will most likely be voted back in (IMO) if he keeps walking the right line from here to the Olympia...My guess is that he will.

You don't get to name your own terms when YOU leave the federation and refuse an offer to come back...
