i think the diet palumbo pushes is good (KETO DIET), but there are much better ways of dieting if you know your individual metabolism well and understand the basics of nutrition.

His voice is what it is...same as his physique.  But like his conditioning, his prepartion for the show is sharp.

PBW, on the other hand, is predictable and boring (that opening screech of PBW is what I fuckin hate).  PBW = Corporate bullshit
