Did you see the video he had up, before he took it down? His biceps are quite chiseled, despite being down in size. Veins popping out and some muscle still there.

maybe down 1 % and he looks like he dropped at least 20 pounds, so he dropped 18 pounds of muscle to lose 2 pounds of fat

Sad. The lean tissue loss is quite obvious. Perhaps worse is "Robby" could easily put that muscle back on, but he seems more interested in being weird than maximizing his bodybuilding potential.

well he did lose a lot of fat. That's why is waist is narrower.
