Whatever your measurements are, you're cut to shreds bro. I say those arms are 15-15.5" PUMPED, but again, you must have a very low body fat count.

I'll post mine for comparrison seeing as we're almost the same height

16.7 cold. Current bodyweight -  180 pounds @ 7% BF. Height - 5'9".
Other measurements: Chest - 44.1". Quads - 22.8". Calves - 16.7". Forearms - 13"

no way are ur arms 13.5... my arms were around tht before i started training...  you would have to be like 4'11 for 13 inch arms to look like that..def not 13

6'2", 230, 18.25" after a workout, just under 18" cold. my bf% is fat.
