I like country music. I started listening to it after I bought my daughters horses. They all of a sudden liked it and I heard it all the time. I just like some it though. Toby Keith, Trace Atkins, and the newer people. Of course Johnny Cash and some older ones are great too. At least you can understand the lyrics. And just about every female country singer is hot. Shania Twain is awesome looking.

Still going. I am hoping in July I will take some pics of me lifting. I twisted my knee a couple weeks ago and it still hurts. But I am eating 100 times better now at least.

My car is in the shop. I found my old weights from a million and a half years ago. Sally embarrases me into working out, I get a letter a week telling of her improvised prison workouts. She wrote me a program which I asked Mindspin to post for everyone. I think she overtrains, but shy of the murder, she would have earned a pro card around 1995 or 1996 at the latest.

who inspires you?

No one really inspires me personally. What drives me is what I have going on in my future and my kids and grandkids. With the new gym hopefully completed by christmas and all the meetings I have been having and going places to see people and having to fly a lot once the gym opens all inspire me to get back into shape. I have to look the part. I might know a lot and everything it takes but I think I should look the part of a gym owner, especially since we have so many others counting on the success of this venture. So wanting to look good and getting back into the mix of things is my driving force. I am still not even close to how I was mentally so once I get that back I will be great.

see now, older people that are inshape inspire you because you are in it for longetivity. it's better than having heart strain or legal problems because you mix steroids with pain pills like certain pro wrestlers have been doing for years
