that guy has been giving advice on the steroid board lately. its a good thing you expose him like this, so people know to take his advice with a grain of salt. he is basically a posterboy for what NOT to do.

truth.he's probably been carrying that baby-fat around for his whole life. it'll be the hardest and last part to go on him, if he can get down that far.he has made tremendous gains, there is no doubt about that, and if he sticks with it he will have a good build to and something to be proud of as it must have been a bitch to go from where he was to where he is now to begin with.
