according to terrence howard, they weight trained together while making iron man and downey can put up 10 reps at 235lbs.BEAST!!!!!!!!!!!!

Honestly not bad at all actually I'm impressed. He's an actor and probably doesn't train much. He wasn't jacked in the movie but looked good. Plus the guy was on coke at one point.

saw the movie. he looked pretty good. not sure how old he is now but he is getting up there in age and he did have a hell of a time with drugs ect for a bit. even his face looked younger. gota give him credit, the movie was good, he was good in it and he looked good.

Just like the guys who'll do 3-4 plates a side on the Hammer Strength press, and claim the 4 plate bench, but never bother to mention details/how..... ::)

"If I was in Oswald Penitentiary I'd snort ten pounds of 'tits' a day" Downey.  235x10 would comfortably put Downey at over 300 for one rep ... that's no big deal for any serious trainer but I'm sorry:  Downey's body looks lucky to get 235 pounds off his chest even once.

tiger woods does 300lbs for 6 on the bench at 6'6".
