What if in Pumping Iron...

We all remember the scene in Pumping Iron where Arnold was doing pushups on the floor, and Lou Ferrigno was doing barbell work above his head. Arnold made a comment that he was watching Louie because of the barbell above him.
What if Louie dropped the barbell on Arnold, thus ending his bodybuilding career and future plans.

How would bodybuilding be today?
What would action movies have been like without Arnold?

These are things I wonder...

Question is, would they have cancelled the competition for that night, or would they have gone on with the show without Annnnnnold?

Lou would run Lou Ferrigno Classic instead of Arnold Classic and MAKE everyone buy his $20 photographs  ;D

More people would probably look upto Nubret as a great champion, though he didn't deserve to win the show. Arnold would have likely still done well in movies, politics and life, probably coming back in '76 to reclaim the throne in his best shape ever, and hold the title until 1980, still to this day holding the most Olympia crowns and be an even bigger BBing legend than he already is.

Therefore he would have still have joined the Republicans and become President.  ;D
