Midlife Crisis, Mortatlity and Bodybuilding.
« on: May 06, 2008, 07:54:22 AM »
Ronnie might not retire cause he cant accept the he is getting older, and you can't turn the
clock back even with all the hormones they take.  Also, people that are in the limelight in all
sorts of careers like bbing, sports, acting go through a depresion that has not been diagnosed, but
I of all people see it completely happen.  Its like a psychosis that you are not who you've been
and everyone handles it in differnt ways.  some actually refuse to retire and make complete fools or
themselves.  Delahoy could have been the best boxer ever, should have hung it up.
Plus countless other.  Look at Jenna jameson, trying so hard to look hot like in her younger days that
she now looks like crack head.
Most are all show no go!

Ronnie has eaten clean chicken breast and rice for 20 years.

He exercises every day.

He's healthier than 99% of us.

True 240.

However

Be it fat or muscle...it simply is not healthy in the long run to carry all of that weight...bad for the ticker

He should start scaling down in his later years

The massive quantities of hormones of all types (aas, gh, slin) plus god knows what else they take for decades completely thrashes their systems...  if anything, they age a hell of a lot FASTER than normal people.  While raising the hormone levels of a 50 year old to that of a 25 year old might be beneficial, the things these jackasses do for years certainly is not.

I find that hard to believe. He has put his body through hell with drugs and massive amounts of food throughout the years. He's torn muscles, tendons, joints are always sore, etc. Do you consider that healthy? I would be totally curious to see what would come up on a recent blood panel. One thing for sure, he, as most who take BBing to the extream, has cut his life expectancy waaay down.
