Yes. I have done expert testimony for over 100 cases...and, unless it is a PI case, the fees are quickly racheted up by the hour.

I know lawyers who will add to your fee for speaking to them for two minutes on the phone.

Not that I blame them...you get what you pay for.

He may get small residuals, if it is still aried, but I have not seen it on TV for over a decade.

Not sure what year the Hulk aired but they didn't start paying residuals on shows till around 1976 or so.  So any shows prior to that no residuals were ever paid.

Why would Lou care if his father and brother sold weight lifting equipment?  I would think if he was a decent person he would be happy for them. If he wanted his own weight lifting equipment store I'm sure he could have opened one on the west coast.  Last I heard more than one store could be successful selling benches and plates. Did Lou want a monthly check from his father and brother as a piece of the action?  Just low rent. It's ashamed that he won't talk to his brother and maybe his father died without any contact from Lou.
